Year 12 Retreat 2013

Year 12 Retreat this year has a new format. The entire Year Level is travelling together for an overnight stay at Gunn's Bush.
The retreat will begin on
Sunday 17 February with a Mass, Father Wayne officiating, at
4pm in the College Chapel. The Mass is the start of the retreat and we invite all families of students to attend with them. At the conclusion of the Mass Year 12 students and accompanying staff will depart for Gunn's Bush.
Gunn's Bush Christian Camp is located 50km (about 45 minutes by car) from Oamaru. From Oamaru travel north to Waimate and follow the signs for "Methodist Camp" to the north side of town (past the golf course).
Students will return to school at approx
3.15pm on Monday 18 February, in time for the finish of the school day and to catch buses.
This notice will allow students to re-arrange any work commitments, remembering attendance is compulsory for Year 12.

If students have financial, dietary or a health concern please talk to Mrs Burton, Year 12 Dean.
Students should bring: sleeping bag, pillow, torch, towel, toiletries, footwear suitable for a bush walk and wet weather gear.

DO NOT bring items of technology; eg cell phones, ipods. If students bring valuable items, they do so at their own risk.
